Chapter 1

I always find it hardest to do something when I know it has to be done. Sticking my head in the sand is my natural reaction it would seem. It always leaves me with a nagging sense of unease and a headache of a problem when it reaches the point of no return. And I miss out on some opportunities because I just don't get things done quickly.

Hopefully, with going to university, I will be cured of my perpetual laziness and head-in-the-sand-itis. I am prepared (theoretically) to engage in the rigorous academic challenges of studying in Oxford and although I never really worked hard for my A Levels this will be a whole new piece of biscuit.
